Maya Masala’s Indian vegetarian cuisine is a vegan’s best friend.
Traditional Indian diets are rich in vegetables, grains and legumes, wholesome and nutritious, a powerful way to achieve good health. Vegetables are an integral part of Indian food and are prepared and eaten in a number of ways.
Our starters, vegetable samosas, vegetable pakoras and bhajis, idlis, sago vadas and chaat specialities are all vegan, bursting with taste, flavour and freshness.
We pride ourselves on our food, which is cooked from scratch with fresh ingredients. Dosa, our crisp rice and lentil crepe is filled with potatoes tempered with mild spices and fragrant herbs.
Our thali, includes vegetables in varied colours and textures, and is served with rice and fresh bread from the tandoori oven. The menu changes daily to incorporate seasonal offerings.
Most of our menu is vegan, and the few items that are not, can often be tailored to suit all dietary requirements. Do let your vegan preference be known when you order your favourite meal at the counter.
